Out of the box the TangPo was very scratchy and quite fast. After a bit of heavy lube it became much more controllable. This cube is very nice with fitted stickers covering almost the whole piece. It is a good upgrade form the previous 2x2 from MoYu with this one feeling much more solid in the hands and much better performance.

The Moyu Weipo has a smooth turning and can turn a little fast. It doesn't turn very fast, but that's what makes the cube stable and controllable. The Weipo can barely do a 45 degrees corner cut, mostly it would lock up if you attempt to corner cut 47 degrees or more. The Weipo only locksup if you try turn more than 45 degrees. If you're accurate on turning, the lockups shouldn't affect you. From my experience, I have never had a single pop and a corner twist on my Weipo during a speedsolve. It is possible, that takes a huge amount of force to make it happen. Pops are very rare to occur from a Weipo, but it's a living nightmare to assemble the pop tho. (im not joking, do not attempt to make it pop (you don't want to end up like keaton ellis))

The MoYu WeiPo is MoYu's latest and best 2x2.
Out of the box the cube was very fast, but breaking it in a little bit made it more controllable.
Even on tight tensions, the cube corner cuts really well, but the strange thing is that it cuts better on some sides than it does on others. It is however about 45 degrees for normal cuts and about 1/2 for reverse on every side.
The cube rarely locks up.
It also doesn't corner twist,
In about 500 solves, the cube didn't even pop once.
Overall this cube is almost for everyone. For those who are buying their first 2x2,this might be a little bit too fast.
(I did not tension nor lube the cube.)

This cube was really good outside of the box. I lubed the pieces with weight 5, broke it in and now it is super fast yet still controllable. It was the most quietest and smoothest cube I've ever had. I've come to think that this cube is better than my old platic Dayan because the Dayan just pops too much for me. Overall, this is a great cube and is recomended for everyone to buy.

Crunchy and sandy out of the box . Feels nice and smooth and great after breaking it in. Fast and controllable with great corner cutting , just a little lock up every now and then ,apart from that great Cube for your bucks

Out of the box, this cube was smooth like the Dayan and had good corner cutting. The catching issue with MoYu's 2x2s was present but not very noticeable during solves. After breaking in and lubing, the cube lost some of it's smoothness and added some crispy elements. This cube is a good choice if you are unhappy with your Dayan, or can't get an old plastic Dayan.
